Refund policy
Advance payments are refundable only when Whitefield Sports cancels the slot (for example, ground maintenance). No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Payment policy
Each slot has a listed price. An advance is payable to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is payable at the venue after you play.
Failed payment: A failed payment does not create a confirmed booking.
Rain and bad weather
Outdoor slots may be affected by rain. If the ground is unplayable, Whitefield Sports will offer a reschedule within 30 days, or a refund of the unused amount as per the refund policy.
Ground staff decision
Ground staff decide whether play can continue when weather or ground conditions affect the session.
